Company Secretary
Robert Busuulwa is Company Secretary of the Uganda Conservation Foundation (UCF), bringing more than 30 years of professional experience in finance, audit, taxation, governance and business advisory services.
Robert is the founder and Country Leader of Forvis Mazars in Uganda, part of the international Forvis Mazars professional services network. A Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree, he has worked in the United Kingdom and across Africa, advising businesses, international organisations and not-for-profit institutions.
His professional expertise spans financial reporting, statutory audit, taxation, risk management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and business systems. He is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) and has contributed to professional training and education in Uganda, Rwanda and the United Kingdom.
As Company Secretary, Robert supports UCF’s Board of Directors in Uganda, helping ensure strong governance, accountability, regulatory compliance and sound institutional oversight.
